Individual Therapy

Bringing personal and holistic support through a safe, nonjudgmental setting, individual therapy provides you with 1:1 sessions to let you explore your inner thoughts, emotions, and life experiences to help you build resilience to life’s challenges, understand relationship dynamics, and be authentic.

There is no one way to provide therapy, nor is there a quick fix in the work that goes into it. I work to bring authenticity, directness, calm, and sometimes humor into our sessions. I will work with you at your pace whether there is a problem to solve, an issue to process, or to build strategies. My goal is to help you understand yourself and uncover answers and truths that are already within you.

 

Who do I work with?

I focus my therapy work on young adult and adult individuals who are struggling with life stage changes, anxiety, depression, and grief. Other areas I focus on include relationship dynamics, attachment issues, and self-esteem.

I also specialize in working with Asian Americans struggling with stigmas of mental health, family dynamics, and cultural identity issues, as well as mental health therapists who are experiencing work life balance stressors and burnout.

Self Pay Rate

$200 / individual therapy session

Sliding Scale

You may be able to use your insurance policy’s out of network benefits for your therapy sessions. You will be responsible for the session rate at the time of our session. A monthly “Superbill” will be provided to you so you can submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance provider directly for more information about your specific policy’s out of network benefits and coverage.

Out Of Network Benefits

Please provide a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule our session. Without such notice, a full session fee, not a copay / co-insurance, will be charged.
