Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
1
I offer individual therapy sessions to people who wish to better their mental health, want a space for emotional support, and want to break stigmas about seeking therapy. My focus is towards those experiencing life stage transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, and stress.
I also specialize my work with Asian Americans struggling with cultural dynamics, relationship stressors, and learning to sit with their thoughts and emotions in depth.
During our telehealth sessions, we will focus on areas of your life that may be bringing you distress, joy, relief, and unease among other topics. You can also expect that our conversations will be direct, normalizing, challenging, and most importantly humanizing. We will bring into awareness roots of the conflicts in your life and find ways to break through those unconscious habits, allowing you to create continued and deserved progress and growth.
